Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (BA or BS)
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience teaching English to adult learners
- Experience working in multicultural learning environments preferred
- Comfort using learning management systems (LMS) and classroom technology
- Key Responsibilities
- As an ESL Instructor, you will:
- Develop and deliver engaging, student-centered lesson plans designed for adult learners
- Facilitate interactive classroom activities that promote real-world communication skills
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to support improvement
- Use educational technology and LMS tools to enhance learning and organization
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to share best practices and strengthen curriculum delivery
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that supports student success

Meetings: One Thursday afternoon per month
