Job Purpose
The Marketing Communications Manager will lead marketing communications for Columbia and Tomberlin. This highly organized, results-driven professional will ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging across all platforms to drive engagement and business growth.
This role requires exceptional writing skills, a sharp eye for brand voice (commercial vs. consumer), and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once. From planning integrated campaigns and promotions to drafting sales announcements and managing PR efforts, this position is central to telling our story and telling it well.

KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies across digital, print, and social media.
- Own the content calendar and oversee the creation and deployment of consumer and commercial campaigns.
- Plan and manage promotions, product launches, trade shows, events and announcements in alignment with brand goals.
- Write and edit content for sales announcements, blog posts, landing pages, emails, press releases, and other branded assets.
- Lead public relations efforts, including managing media lists and drafting press materials.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highlevel organization and project management capabilities
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media strategy, and campaign execution
- Ability to tailor tone and messaging for distinct audiences (commercial vs. consumer)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo, Prowly)
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced, multibrand environment
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field
- 5 years of experience in a communications, PR, or content marketing role
- Manufacturing or B2B and B2C brand experience preferred
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media scheduling tools
- Comfortable interfacing with sales, executives, and external media contacts
