We're looking for a hands-on Shipping & Handling Team Lead to oversee daily shipping and receiving operations while leading a team focused on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily shipping, receiving, and material handling operations in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate workflow and labor priorities to ensure ontime customer shipments and production support.
- Oversee the accurate packaging, staging, loading, and documentation of outbound vehicles and materials.
- Utilize ODOO ERP to process shipping transactions, inventory movements, receiving activities, and material tracking.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper system transactions and physical verification.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and compliance.
- Support and mentor team members while assisting with onboarding and training.
- Identify shipping discrepancies, inventory concerns, and operational issues and communicate them to leadership.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems; ODOO experience is a plus.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic computer skills and inventory system knowledge.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Safely work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Must be agile and capable of working in confined or small spaces to safely load, position, and secure vehicles within transport trucks.
