Role Description
Come join our Team! We invite you to come grow with our dynamic healthcare organization providing medical, dental and behavioral health services for Chelan and Douglas counties! This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse position located in Chelan, WA. We offer a progressive and extremely competitive compensation and benefits package. The Registered Nurse’s primary job function is to provide, implement, direct, evaluate, delegate to qualified personnel, and coordinate nursing care while helping facilitate patient access and flow within the pod. Requirements: Successful candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required. Current CPR certification required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making
- Experience in administering medications, treatments, and immunizations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality, and culturally sensitive care
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued
