Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite-based and satellite collection-based systems
- Contribute to systems engineering activities across hardware, software, network, and RF components to ensure operational performance and interoperability
- Support system design, architecture development, and end-to-end systems engineering efforts, including RF and FORNSAT-related activities
- Perform system requirements analysis, traceability, verification, and validation throughout the system lifecycle
- Assist in the development and integration of RF and signal processing systems for communication system applications
- Participate in system integration testing, troubleshooting, performance evaluation, and issue resolution
- Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, including system engineering artifacts, test plans, interface control documents, and configuration management records
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support system deployment and sustainment activities
- Minimum of seven (7) years of systems engineering experience on programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related technical discipline
- Five (5) additional years of relevant systems engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with end-to-end systems engineering, RF systems, signal processing systems, and FORNSAT environments
