Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager located at the Marriott Tamp Westshore in Tampa, FL. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensure a seamless guest experience, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and lead the front office team and bellman team. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Office Administration and Front Office management
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on providing an exceptional guest experience
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with staff and engaging with guests
- Leadership abilities with experience in team management and problem-solving
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and processes is a plus
- Proficiency with office and front desk FSPMS/MARSHA, GXP EMPOWER systems/software
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
