Role Description The Shipping Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, WA. This position is responsible for preparing and packing orders, processing shipments, and ensuring accurate shipping labels and documentation. The role includes receiving incoming products, verifying quantities, organizing stock, and supporting inventory control processes. The Shipping Specialist will work closely with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines, maintain an orderly warehouse area, and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing orders accurately.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Shipping to prepare orders securely and process carriers’ labels and tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to track stock levels, perform counts, and maintain organized storage areas.
- Ability to lift and move packages safely and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software or label systems.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping role is preferred but not required.
