Logistics Manager

Build the logistics function at one of the fastest-growing manufacturers in the country.

Our client is a global industrial manufacturer riding a wave of demand from data center and energy customers. Their Tulsa operation has grown from about 300 to more than 1,100 employees in roughly a year. It now spans 11 facilities and over one million square feet, and it is still adding people every month.

This is a newly created role. You’ll be the site’s first dedicated logistics leader, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, with the room to build the function the right way.

What you’ll own:

• Import/export and trade compliance: HTS classification, customs entries, broker management, and day-to-day work with CBP and the ACE portal
• Tariff management and recovery: stay current on a tariff landscape that has changed dramatically in the past year, and identify and recover duty refunds the business is owed
• Carrier management: run RFQs and negotiate rates across LTL, FTL, ocean containers and small parcel
• 3PL partnerships: evaluate, onboard and manage third-party logistics providers, potentially supporting operations across the Americas
• Process and metrics: set up the processes, documentation and KPIs a fast-scaling operation needs

What we’re looking for:

• Current, hands-on import/export experience, including recent work with CBP and the ACE portal. Experience from years ago won’t be enough here.
• Strong command of HTS classification and current tariff rules
• A track record managing carriers, customs brokers and 3PLs, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• A self-starter who takes charge and can work without much direction
• A customs broker license is a plus, but current hands-on experience matters more
