What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logo & Customization Coordinator position at Columbia Safety and Supply?

Location: Columbia, Missouri
Compensation: $19.00 / hour
This role serves as the key liaison between our Sales and Customization teams, managing the end-to-end logo creation process. From initial design and digitization to coordinating artwork and ordering files, this position ensures logos are prepared accurately and efficiently for product customization and production.
Requirements for success:
- Add and manage logos across internal platforms to ensure accurate, accessible artwork files
- Maintain inventory of customization materials (heat press logos, threads, needles, etc.)
- Manage and document customization requests using a ticketing system
- Digitize embroidery logos and refine designs using DG16 Pulse software
- Order and organize custom heat press transfers from approved vendors
- Support process improvements and special projects in customization operations
- Assist Sales/BD with logo prep, digital mockups, and branded customer materials
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customization across embroidery and heat press products
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant graphic design software
- Prior experience with customization processes or production environments is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong creativity and attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs
- Patience and composure when handling frequent questions and shifting priorities
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks and deadlines
- Highly organized with a focus on maintaining accurate records and files
