Parts Salesperson – Side-by-Side, ATV, Motorcycle, Parts & Apparel Join the Team at Columbia River Motorsports – Hillsboro
Are you passionate about powersports and enjoy helping customers build their dream machines? Columbia River Motorsports is looking for an energetic, motivated, and knowledgeable Parts Salesperson to join our growing team.
This position focuses on assisting customers with Side-by-Side, ATV, Motorcycle, OEM parts, aftermarket accessories, riding gear, and apparel sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the correct OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories.
- Recommend upgrades and custom accessories for Side-by-Sides, ATVs, and motorcycles.
- Sell riding gear, helmets, apparel, and protective equipment.
- Create estimates and process parts orders for customers and service technicians.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure technician parts requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Stay up to date on new products, accessories, and industry trends.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department.
Qualifications:
- Previous parts sales experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of powersports products and brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with Side-by-Sides, ATVs, motorcycles, and aftermarket accessories preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems preferred.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
