Reports To

Main Responsibilities
- Handling all cash and Visa transactions with customers
- Assisting customers and colleagues throughout the check-out process
- Maintaining adequate change denominations in the cash drawer
- Ensuring pricing is accurate in the system as per menu display
- Greeting customers when entering or leaving the establishment
- Guide them and provide relevant information
- Resolving customer complaints
- Reporting incidents concerning guests
- Maintaining clean and tidy checkout areas
- Communicating with outlet management
- Follow all relevant Health & Safety Protocols & Policies
- Attend job specific trainings
- Attend team communication meetings
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners, money counters etc.)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Sales skills
- F&B basic knowledge
- Excellent knowledge for English & Greek language

- Proven working experience as a Cashier
- Proven customer service experience
