Columbia Residential is seeking an Experienced Professional Community Service Supervisor in the Athens, Georgia Area.
- Will be responsible for coordinating service orders to include Turnkey operations, move-ins, and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work orders and property repairs provide guidance to community management staff on maintenance related issues as needed.
- Will supervise, train and mentor service technicians, grounds staff and housekeepers.
- Resolve complex issues as it relates to maintenance work orders.
- Must be hands-on; assist in the completion of work orders.
- Identify areas in need of improvement and make recommendations.
- Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Follow-up on service requests to ensure the highest quality customer satisfaction.
- Various tasks as it relates to maintenance operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience Level
- Supervising Experience: 5 years of multisite property management (Required)
- Maintenance:) 3 years (Required
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Driver’s License (Required)
- HVAC Certification (Required)
