What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adminstrative Assistant Intern position at Columbia Property Management?
We are hiring an administrative assistant intern for the summer. Hours would be Monday - Friday from 9AM-530PM with a lunch break from 1PM-2PM. Position would begin in April/May and run through August.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, assisting with caller questions, and directing calls to the appropriate parties
• Responsible for greeting and assisting visitors with questions surrounding property information, application process and maintenance requests
• Perform various clerical tasks to support overall business operations
• Responsible for assisting office staff with various tasks:
• Makes return phone calls and schedules appointments for property inquiries
• Filing various papers as necessary and pulling files as necessary
• Pulls keys for Leasing Agent when a notice has been received
• Helps organize keys and checks them back in via Key Process
• Assists covering front desk
• Assists with leasing agents
• Helps with logging and mailing owner statements
Skills:
Someone who is punctual, detail oriented, self-motivating and equipped with strong organizational skills. Must be a good time manager and able to multitask well. Enjoys working with people and thrives in a team environment.
