    TITLE: Assistant Coach (Soccer)

    QUALIFICATIONS: 1. As set by law. 2. High School Diploma 3. Good Moral Character
    REPORTS TO: Head Coach
    JOB GOAL: To use leadership and supervisory skills to provide the students of the Columbia-Montour AVTS with a broad and comprehensive co-curricular program and to promote student interest and encourage student participation in the program by the greatest number of students possible.

    PERFORMANCE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Be responsible for the supervision of their respective coaching assignments and cooperate with the head coach in developing and maintaining the general conduct and discipline of the program.
    2. Be responsible to the head coach, principal, and athletic director.

    TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Yearly contract. Salary as per current Bargaining Agreement.
    SELECTION: Appointment shall be by the Joint Operating Committee following the recommendation of the Administrative Director.
    EVALUATION: Annually by Athletic Director, and/or Principal per schedule.
