Overview:
The Volleyball Coach is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading practices and games to help middle school athletes develop skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude. Teach volleyball skills, rules, and strategies with a focus on teamwork and development at the middle school level.
Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct regular practices.

Teach fundamental volleyball skills, strategies, and rules.

Promote teamwork, respect, and good sportsmanship.

Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and travel.

Communicate with athletic director, school administration, players, and families.

Ensure player safety through proper instruction and monitoring.

Manage equipment and uniforms as assigned.

Follow all school district and athletics program policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:

Prior experience playing or coaching volleyball preferred.
