The CMH-OHSU Health Pediatric Clinic Manager provides leadership, supervises and coordinates activities of the hospital-owned Pediatric Clinic. Plans for and develops clinical programming in clinics, assuring optimal quality care and continuity for patients and families. Responsible for overseeing day to day business and/or clinical operations. Responsible for administrative oversight and supervision of all clinical and administrative staff to enhance quality of care to clinics’ customers. Plans for and oversees annual budgets.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education. Previous clinic office management experience required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADA Compliance
Works inside. Walking and standing much of the time while on duty. Long shifts necessary at times. Subject to occasional physical and emotional stress within a fast-paced environment. Tolerates bending, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling for 8 – 12 hours (shift dependent).

If the manager is working in a clinical capacity the following is required:
- Manager must provide proof of clinical training appropriate to the responsibilities of the duties they are filling and must maintain accordingly.
- If a registered nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): must have a current unencumbered Oregon and Washington State RN or LPN license.
- Current BLS through the American Heart Association
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education. Previous clinic office management experience required.
