QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate of nationally accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred
License/Certifications: Registered Nurse (Required); Certification in
Orthopedic Nursing preferred
Experience: RN with at least 3 years of Orthopedic experience preferred
Responsible for: No supervision responsibilities.
SUMMARY: The Orthopedic Patient Navigator will guide the patient through their
orthopedic care and will serve as a single point of contact for patients. The
Orthopedic Patient Navigator will coordinate care and provide guidance and
support to the patient and caregiver(s) through all phases of the care
continuum.
Salary Range: $30.00 – $54.00
