QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma/GED
License/Certifications: NYS Driver s License
Experience: Six years combined electrical, mechanical and plumbing experience.
Other:
Degree of competence in field; ability to apply knowledge and stay abreast of
new
developments.
Ability to define problems and develop workable solutions.
Ability to plan long and short-range objectives and develop effective work
schedules.
Ability to respond to changing project requirements and meet changing
technical/business needs.
Makes positive contributions with minimal direction.

Responsible for: General Maintenance Mechanic II & other members of the
Engineering Staff, as directed.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of the Greene Medical Arts Campus
ensuring the campus remains safe and attractive for tenants & visitors. Under
general supervision, directs the activity of assigned personnel and service
contractors in the preventive and corrective maintenance of the buildings,
grounds, and related fixed and portable equipment, minor construction and
equipment installations.
Salary Range: $27.00 – $47.51
