Salary $120,000 based on Experience

Our full Time FNP (solo provider} is retiring and now we are recruiting a full time FNP or PA provider preferably experience working as a licensed primary care provider in an outpatient clinic.

Columbia Medical Center was constructed in the 1980's (assisted by the Office of Rural Health) and continues this mission set forth by the Association's founders. Since its beginning, Columbia Medical Center has served the entire age spectrum with primary and preventative care services. We function as an Advanced Medical Home Tier 3 through our participation with the Community Care Physician Network.
