We’re a small, patient-focused medical practice in Highland, IN. We care about providing high-quality, personal care to our patients—and we’re looking for someone who shares that same attention to detail and heart for helping others.

We’re hiring a Revenue Cycle Coordinator to support both our clinical and administrative teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, likes working with people, and wants to grow in healthcare administration.

What You’ll Do

This role helps keep our practice running smoothly by supporting patients, providers, and billing processes.

Before patient visits:

  • Check patient insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Help identify any missing preventive care or “care gaps” in the chart
  • Make sure patients are ready for their appointments from an insurance and documentation standpoint

After patient visits:

  • Review provider notes to support correct medical billing and coding
  • Help identify CPT ll codes for claims

Prior authorizations:

  • Submit and track prior authorizations for medications
  • Follow up with insurance companies to help get approvals
  • Communicate updates with providers and clinical staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working in a healthcare office environment
  • Able to learn medical terminology and billing basics
  • Good communication skills (phone written)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn EHR systems

Nice to have (not required):

  • Medical office, billing, or insurance experience
  • Familiarity with CPT or ICD-10 codes
  • Experience with prior authorizations or referrals
