Job Summary
The Lead Warehouse Coordinator oversees all daily warehouse functions — including receiving, shipping, stocking, material handling, and inventory control — to ensure accurate and timely material flow supporting production and customer delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating warehouse personnel and resources to achieve the company’s mission of Creating Incredible Solutions to Transform Industries through operational excellence, safety, and on-time performance.

Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, stocking, and material movement.
2. Ensure on-time and accurate processing of incoming materials and outgoing shipments.
3. Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and manage performance with a focus on efficiency and safety.
4. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other equipment to handle materials safely and efficiently.
5. Maintain inventory accuracy in the ERP system, including conducting cycle counts and full physical inventories.
6. Create and verify shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments, including HTS codes, BOLs, and customs forms.
7. Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups, obtain rate quotes, and ensure timely delivery.
8. Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams to maintain material availability and resolve inventory discrepancies.
9. Ensure compliance with quality management system (QMS) and safety procedures.
10. Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant warehouse environment.
11. Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve flow.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, LTL brokers).
Demonstrated understanding of warehouse processes, material flow, and documentation requirements.
Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Education and/or Equivalent Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree in supply chain, operations, or related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Work Environment
