Lead the Future of Affordable Housing in Columbia

The Columbia Housing Authority is seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as its next Director of Affordable Housing Development.

This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing complex projects, building partnerships, and coordinating efforts among diverse stakeholders. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, the Director will help advance affordable housing initiatives involving public funding, redevelopment, community partnerships, and long-term strategic planning.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled project manager, and thoughtful problem-solver who can balance big-picture thinking with effective execution.

Candidates with experience in project management, grant administration, community development, public administration, finance, planning, affordable housing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
