What you’ll do:
Brass Tacks:
- Support with creation and updates to job profiles, job posting templates, including header branding and logos
- Manages job campaign management on external job boards (such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc) and associated tasks, including monthly allocations and billing
- Will assist with posting job requisitions and general resume review, upon request
- Runs regular job audits to ensure branding consistency and compliance with state specific regulations.
- May conduct light screening for specific roles, as requested.
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants as needed
- Prepare and maintain reports on new hire metrics
- Manage Internal Task Forcing programs
- Assist with online reputation responses
- Assist with monthly email campaigns requesting team member feedback
- Perform administrative tasks on a daily basis
- Manage unemployment claim system. Responds to unemployment claims as needed
- Draft communication materials as requested by P&C leadership
- Assist setting up meetings and appointments for P&C leadership
- Manage assigned projects from beginning to completion
- Responsible for updating People & Culture internal communication platforms
- Provide support to all functions within the department and the Seattle Support Center
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in an HR Administrative role strongly preferred
- Knowledge of ATS systems required, preferably Ceridian Dayforce
- Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary : $38 - $40
