Hospitality is at the heart of this position. In addition to crafting cocktails, you will often support the floor and operate in a barback capacity, ensuring seamless service throughout the lounge. As a distinctive outlet within a hotel and a beloved neighborhood spot in Lower Queen Anne, we serve a diverse mix of locals, travelers, and regulars who consider Tin Lizzie their home base. What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience.
  • Familiarity with TOAST Point of Sale system.
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
  • Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
  • Strong sense of urgency with ability to prioritize and recalibrate on the fly according to guest and business demands.
  • Maintain a polished, inviting bar space that enhances the guest experience.
  • Current State Food Handler’s License and MAST-12 required.
  • ServSafe certification encouraged, but not required.
