The Harvest Cellar Technician position is a fantastic opportunity to get training and experience working in wine production from harvest through fermentation. We are looking for applicants that are excited about all aspects of harvest and able to be a positive member of the team. This position generally starts late August and runs through early October but is subject to some variability depending on weather.

The Brass Tacks
- Daily cleaning of winery and crush equipment, tanks and barrels.
- Cap management-punch downs and pump-overs.
- Barrel sanitation, hydration, and filling.
- Racking wine from tank or barrel.
- Completing accurate additions to wine.
- Helps maintain a fun, safe, and inclusive work environment.
- Previous experience, exposure, or interest in wine production.
- Ability to work occasional long hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working with ladders.
- Forklift experience is always a bonus.
- Previous harvest experience is a bonus but not required.
- Ability to work well with a team or autonomously.
- Ability to prioritize work efficiently.
