About The Position
This is a full-time clinical role within a mission-driven, community-based healthcare organization that provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary and women’s health services to a diverse population in Marin County.
Clinic Schedule
- Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1st & 3rd Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2nd, 4th & 5th Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: Closed
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on primary care clinical experience (clinical rotations/clerkships do not count), or
- Completion of a residency-style hands-on training program of 12 months or longer
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Full-time availability
Clinical Competencies & Responsibilities
The provider will deliver comprehensive women’s health and primary care services with a strong emphasis on culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
- Taking a comprehensive sexual history
- Contraceptive counseling with consideration of underlying medical conditions
- Family history assessment relevant to women’s health
Evaluation, Diagnosis, And Management Of
- Vaginitis and urinary tract infections
- Sexually transmitted infections
- Abnormal uterine bleeding, PCOS, and uterine fibroids
- Pregnancy of unknown location, including ruling out ectopic pregnancy
- Urinary conditions (incontinence, overactive bladder, painful bladder syndrome)
- Chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis
- Adnexal masses, including ruling out ovarian torsion
- Dyspareunia and sexual dysfunction
- Menopause, vasomotor symptoms, and hormone therapy
- Infertility and pre-conception counseling
- Breast-related concerns
- Pelvic organ prolapse
Procedural Skills
- Colposcopy and cervical biopsy, including endocervical curettage
- Basic suturing
- Basic post-operative care (suture/staple removal, wound dressing changes)
- Insertion and removal of indwelling catheters
- Wound care for cesarean section incisions and vulvar wounds
- Pelvic ultrasound (transabdominal and transvaginal), including diagnosis of intrauterine pregnancy and IUD localization

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $135,000 – $160,000 per year
