- Flexible scheduling with 10–12 hour shifts
- Average patient volume of 15–20 patients per day
- Scribe support provided for providers seeing 15 patients per day
- On-site X-ray services
- Six fully equipped exam rooms
- Epic EMR
- Hospital-employed position with strong operational support
Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive total compensation starting at $173,000
- RVU-based production bonus opportunity tied to an annual threshold
- Quality incentive bonuses up to $16,000 annually
- $20,000 commencement bonus
- $8,000 annually for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions, plus paid CME time
