Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Earnings Model
- Tiered collections-based compensation, allowing income to scale directly with productivity
- Supported by strong reimbursement rates and high collections
- $33,333 monthly guarantee or tiered collections (whichever is higher) during the first year
- Ensures financial stability while credentialing, referrals, and payer relationships are optimized
- Transition to collections-only model after year one
- $2,000 per month for the first year to assist with student loan repayment during ramp-up
- Negotiable, based on individual needs
- $2,500 annual CE allowance for advanced training, travel, and course fees
