About The Position
A well-established group dental practice is seeking a General Dentist to join their team in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a modern, fully equipped office designed to support a wide range of general dentistry services.
- Monday – Friday schedule
- Collaborative 2-doctor practice model
- General dentistry with opportunities for implant placement (office already equipped with Pan)
- 8 operatories with a strong clinical support team, including 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants
- Patient base primarily includes cash and insured patients (no Medicaid)
- Average of 12–15 patients per day, plus hygiene checks
Compensation & Benefits
- Daily minimum guarantee transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production
