Position Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Ohio dental license or ability to obtain
- Valid DEA license
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Previous clinical experience required — no new graduates
- Experience working with underserved or low-income populations preferred
- Ability to work independently with limited onsite mentorship
Responsibilities Include
- Providing comprehensive general dentistry services within scope of training
- Maintaining a full patient schedule in both clinic and community settings
- Utilizing modern diagnostic and treatment techniques
- Prescribing medications and treatment plans as appropriate
- Coordinating care with specialists and support staff
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, infection control, and credentialing standards
- Delivering compassionate, accessible, and efficient patient care
