- 15 operatories
- 2 assistants per doctor

- Patient base is 90% Medicaid Managed Care, with negotiated favorable reimbursement rates
- Bread-and-butter dentistry with flexibility in procedures based on your comfort level
- Fully digital practice with advanced technology including:
- Pan/Ceph
- CBCT
- Digital workflow throughout
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexibility available depending on provider preference
- $1,000/day guaranteed OR 30% of production (whichever is higher)
