About The Position
A seasoned, experienced Dentist is sought for a well-established community health organization serving the Greater New Orleans region, specifically at its Gentilly clinic. This organization is one of Louisiana’s largest FQHC networks, known for its long-standing commitment to underserved populations, integrated care delivery, and a strong dental residency training program. Providers here benefit from a collaborative environment, modern facilities, and the opportunity to mentor the next generation of clinicians.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of clinical dentistry experience
- Strong interest in participating as faculty within the dental residency program
Clinical Scope Includes
- Crowns and bridges
- Extractions and bone grafting
- Restorative care: fillings
- Removable prosthodontics: partials and complete dentures
- Periodontal therapy: deep cleanings
- Preventive care: cleanings, exams, X-rays, sealants
- Endodontics: root canals
- Implant placement and restoration
- Cosmetic services, including bleaching
- Orthodontic clear aligners

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $160,000 – $185,000
- Incentive bonus opportunities
- Additional stipend for residency faculty participation

- Reimbursement for license and DEA renewal
