We are seeking a full-time associate dentist to join a highly productive, well-established practice in Bennington, VT. This is an excellent opportunity where a provider can easily earn $300K working a 4-day work week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with no evenings or weekends.
About The Position
This role is open due to a dentist relocating for family reasons. The incoming provider will step into a very strong patient base, with the previous dentist producing over $1M annually and significant earning potential ($400K possible).
Practice Details
- Join 1 other Dentist
- 4-day work week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- 6 operatories
- 3 Assistants
- 2 Hygienists
- 1 Front Office team member
- 30–40 new patients per month
- 90% adult patient base
