- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
- Option for four 10-hour days
- Average of 18–20 patients per day
- Supportive clinical and administrative staff
- Established patient base
- Competitive salary range: $190,000 – $260,000, based on experience
- Performance-based incentive bonus potential
- Sign-on and/or relocation bonus available
