We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships through effective communication and sales strategies. Duties
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the office with supervision of production orders and general office duties.
- Answering phone calls, emails and all communications related to the business.
Qualifications
- Proactive. high motivated individual.
- Comfortable with performer cold calling outside sale visits periodically to generate leads.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Self driven, fast learner.
