Position: Supported Employment Team Lead
Department: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)
Shift: Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs/hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Salary Range: $30.18 to $38.70 (hourly). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social services field or combination of education/experience that qualifies as a QMHA is required. History of working cooperatively in a team setting with at least two years relevant work experience preferred. CADC I preferred. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
Summary: The Supported Employment Team Lead provides leadership, coordination, and oversight of evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Supported Employment services while maintaining a designated client caseload. This position supervises and supports Employment Specialists, ensures adherence to IPS Supported Employment and EASA fidelity principles, promotes program quality and continuous improvement, and collaborates with multidisciplinary treatment teams to assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment, pursuing educational opportunities, and achieving recovery-oriented goals.
