Position: Counselor III 

Department: Youth and Family (YFD)

Shift: Individual schedules can be determined with supervisor and within business needs/hours. In general, our agency provides services Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm.  

Salary Range: $85,238.40 to $119,496.00. There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements).

Position Requirements:   

Licensure is required (LCSW, LPC). Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. Two years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services preferred. Summary: The Counselor III Clinician provides community-based therapy services to youth enrolled in CCMH’s Youth and Family program. The Counselor III works on a multi-disciplinary team with higher acuity youth and families. This position will also support the Youth and Family Department’s Outpatient Clinic, providing assessments and counseling services for less acquit clients
