Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of camp by maintaining accurate camper paperwork, including attendance records, incident reports, medication logs, and pick-up authorizations.
- Keep schedules, cabin rotations, room usage, and program plans updated and visible for staff throughout the day.
- Coordinate with Program Directors to keep rec, craft, and rally materials stocked and accessible.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe environment by enforcing camp policies and safety procedures
- Support communication between staff, campers, and parents to address needs or concerns promptly
- Model Christ-centered character and care in daily interactions, helping create a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere for campers and staff.
- Assist with end-of-season cleanup, packing, inventory, and documentation.
General Requirements:
- Actively following Jesus Christ and supportive of Columbia Church's mission and values.
- Experience working with 1st through 7th graders in a camp, ministry, or Educational setting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills along with effective verbal and written communication abilities, all with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in camp operations and staff supervision is highly valued.
- Education Level: High school graduate with experience in an administrative role or a College student in Education, Recreation, Youth Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Able to pass both the Federal and State background checks.
- Authorized to work in the United States of America.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
