We are a state of the art periodontal and implant specialist located in Columbia, MD. We strive for high quality customer service and patient care.
Our office is in search of a full-time administrator to start immediately. The ideal candidate must be a team player, detailed oriented, organized, reliable, have excellent verbal, written, and communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Experience in the following is preferred:
- Leadership and ability to manage as directed
- Microsoft office and other similar applications
- Multitasking
- Busy setting
- Checking patients in and out, and scheduling
- Treatment plan presentation
- Financial arrangement and presentation
- Dental codes and posting
- Insurance processing and eligibility verification
- Production reports
- Collection reports
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
