Duties

- Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote insurance services through telemarketing, community outreach, or digital channels.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in benefits administration to support employee insurance programs when applicable.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster trust and encourage policy renewals or upgrades.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer populations effectively.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is preferred.
