Help Keep Our Campus Safe, Clean, and Welcoming
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our healthcare campus during the summer months. This position plays an important role in creating a clean, attractive, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable performing a variety of grounds maintenance and facility support duties. This is a temporary position starting in June and ending in August.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Mows, waters, weeds, and maintains lawns, landscaping, and flowerbeds
- Trims and prunes trees and shrubs
- Maintains and adjusts underground sprinkler systems
- Cleans and maintains parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor common areas
- Removes outdoor garbage and maintains receptacles
- Performs cycle cleaning assignments
- Assists with light maintenance projects as needed
- Conducts preventive maintenance on equipment
- Prepares and paints rooms, walls, parking lot lines, and other facility areas
- Safely operates and maintains landscaping equipment

Ideal Candidate
- Available from June through August
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and chemical applications
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
