Qualifications
Registered Nurse with an unrestricted Washington State Medical License or advance degree (PhD), in a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in nursing education, workforce development, and/or program management
Experience working with State Boards of Nursing and/or accreditation preferred
Knowlege of rural health care challenges and workforce development strategies
- Strong communication, project management and relationship building skills
