What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Ambassador position at Columbia Basin Hearing Center?
Columbia Basin Hearing Center is seeking a Patient Ambassador for our Walla Walla team. Initial responsibilities include assisting patients and the CBHC team at the front desk with scheduling, reports, data-entry, inbound and outbound patient calls. TRAINING PROVIDED
KEYS FOR SUCCESS: Applicant must be an excellent communicator with a clear voice and a passion for helping people. Must thrive in a fast paced environment, be able to multitask, be self motivated and take initiative. Must able to maintain focus, composure and a positive attitude while working with all different personality and patient types. Customer service is a must. Training provided on our internal processes.
Interested in long-term employment. Competitive wage . Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm. We will not be accepting in person resumes for this position.
