Facility: Full Health Club, 6 indoor and 3 outdoor tennis courts
CAC- Silver Lake is a family health club that is privately owned. We are looking to add a very important part to our Tennis Department. Our Junior Tennis program (SLJT) is led by two Full-time pros that manage the junior program. We need to fill one of these positions. We have a very busy Junior Tennis program, currently many classes and camps have waitlists. The new professional will also have court time to teach private and small group lessons to adults and kids. Besides being an outstanding Tennis professional, we are looking for a leader with great energy, a team player and a self-starter who sees the big picture when it comes to the entire team (Tennis Department). This individual will need to be a great communicator and efficient in communicating with the SLJT families.

Desired Qualifications For Candidate
- USPTA Certified Professional; 3-5 years professional tennis teaching a plus
- Competitive/High level experience playing; college play is a plus
- Experience coaching high level players
- Playing level minimum of 4.5; 5.0 is preferred
- Team player and willingness to collaborate with the other Co-Director of Junior Tennis
- Positive, engaging, honest, respectful, dedicated and caring individual
- Basic computer skills, email efficiency, great written and verbal skills
- USTA Tournament software experience a plus
- Able to run and sustain a weekly tennis program for members
- Percentage of Junior Classes; incentivized to keep program going strong
- Percentage of Private and Semi-Private, small group lessons

- Use of the club facilities
- Hard working, reliable employee in this position could make between 85-100k in compensation
