We operate a wide network of top-tier recreational facilities, including three full-service fitness clubs, golf courses, an ice rink, racquet clubs, and pools.
We’re looking for an Assistant Regional Fitness Director to help lead our fitness operations and inspire healthier lives through exceptional service, expert guidance, and community engagement.
About the Role:
As the Assistant Regional Fitness Director, you will:
- Support the Regional Fitness Director in leading fitness training services across our three premier fitness clubs.
- Supervise and support over 30 personal trainers and group training coaches.
- Drive growth in personal and group training programs by setting and tracking performance goals.
- Foster a strong team culture focused on service, development, and accountability.
- Enhance the member experience through safe, clean, and engaging fitness environments.
- Help design and implement innovative programs to grow revenue and retain members.
- Collaborate with the broader CA community to promote wellness and build brand trust.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership and organizational skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Certified Personal Trainer.
- Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive results and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $60,00 to $68,000. The opportunity to earn training commission and bonuses are also available. CA offers a positive, fun work environment and a generous benefits package.
