Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar technology.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and handling standards.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils throughout service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing attentive service throughout the dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.08 - $17.71 per hour
