Candidates who attach only the “Certificate” version of the document which contains no authorization statements will not be considered. Although not required, candidates are encouraged to include professional letters of recommendation written within the past two years.

• Credential Copy (Must possess a valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential authorizing service in the content area. Attach detailed printout from CTC website: www.ctc.ca.gov. The document must clearly indicate the authorization statements. If you are currently enrolled in a credential program, be sure to upload a letter from your university indicating program and internship eligibility.)
