This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Engineer position based in West Hartford, CT. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, developing and improving production methods, and supporting design changes to enhance product manufacturability. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, supervising machining and assembly operations, and problem-solving to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in the production of firearms.
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes, including process optimization and quality improvement techniques
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering, with the ability to develop and improve production workflows
- Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts and principles
- Expertise in Machining processes and working with precision tools and equipment
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on quality assurance and lean methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Previous experience in the firearms or manufacturing industry is a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
