What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Maintenance Worker position at Colson Patisserie?
Responsible for:
- General cleaning of shared spaces, and detailed cleaning/ maintenance program of bakery machinery.
- Support for receiving activities later in the day, must be able to lift 50 pounds with frequency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Previous janitorial experience required.
- Knowledge and understanding of safety and security procedures and compliance with environmental policies as they apply to cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to document cleaning procedures/ tasks, communicate ordering needs/ determine parts to be ordered if necessary.
- Ability to follow, interpret, and read detailed manuals/ instructions, checklists, and diagrams specific to work tasks and bakery machinery.
