Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr Business Analyst at Colsh Consultants located in New Jersey. The Jr Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analyzing business processes, requirements, and data. They will utilize strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and business analysis expertise to support project initiatives.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Business Process analysis
- Familiarity with Business Requirements gathering
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Relevant certification in Business Analysis is a plus
Comprehensive Training (1–2 months):
- Fundamentals of Business Analysis (Requirements Gathering, UML, User Stories, BRD/FRD preparation)
- Agile & Scrum practices (Jira, Confluence, Sprint Ceremonies, PI Planning)
- Tools & Techniques (SQL basics, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, Visio/Lucidchart for diagrams)
- Real-time case studies
